I purchased this journal as a gift for my sister, who has recently taken up journaling and she loved it! The design is beautiful and the the leather was very good quality. I definitely plan on ordering more journals from here in the future. I ordered this gift with priority shipping, but understandably there were some shipping delays. With COVID, I wasn't surprised that there were some difficulties with quick deliveries, and I was planning on emailing the company to inquire whether I could get a refund for the priority shipping costs. But, instead, I received an email from Michael telling me that he noticed the shipping estimate for my order had been extended and so he had already refunded me the shipping cost. I never even had to bring the issue to his attention. What amazing customer service! Great place and great product! I definitely recommend ordering from here!
