Our mission is to inspire personal writing -- a powerful force for clarity of thought and personal change. Through journaling, one can take charge of their life narrative and, with determination, write a new story.
"In the journal I do not just express myself more openly than I could to any person; I create myself." ~ Susan Sontag
"I write entirely to find out what I'm thinking, what I'm looking at, what I see and what it means. What I want and what I fear." ~ Joan Didion

Our products get out of the way and let you write. No tedious ties to unwind. No trinkets to fall in your coffee. Just open and write. Every aspect of the product is considered:
Writers write. We think you'll enjoy the process more by using a thoughtfully designed journal.
We want each cover design to make a personal connection with those who choose that artwork.
Each cover art is chosen with your input. We publish a poll asking for your opinion when we have a new cover idea. We want you to be a part of the journal creation journey. We believe it is more personal when you help us decide. Have an idea for cover art? Send it to us at: email@example.com
When we design a new cover, we have a specific person in mind or might poll our audience to see what they want next and go from there. From the growing tree to the serene mountains to the stately dragon, every design is selected with someone like you, a personal writer, in mind. The first product was for a sailor who loves the sea, and you can read about the birth of that product here.
Writing is personal. The thoughts and dreams that flow from your pen belong to you. You may choose to share them or keep them private. Regardless, they are an expression of a unique soul -- a persona unlike any other. Personal writing has proven to have many benefits and we want our products to help you enjoy writing so that you will cherish and maintain the practice.
