We will replace any defective product or one that was damaged in shipping.

• You may choose the same product to or another one from the same category (e.g. Writing Journals). Any similar item in stock will be shipped to you. 
• Please have your order number available -- there is a link in the email we sent you.  
• We will ask you for a picture of the defect or damage to the product to use in our quality improvement process.
• If you choose to return a product (and we want it back), we will provide a prepaid return label to cover the return shipping. 
• Are you a dog lover that ordered the Cats cover by mistake? No worries. We'll swap that out for you. 

If you do not want another product shipped to you, we will happily refund the product price to the same account, less any shipping charges. Shipping fees are not refundable.

LOST PACKAGES We cannot guarantee products against theft. Please see our SHIPPING page for more details and help with package tracking.
